Stress is often treated as an inevitable badge of honor in modern life, but for the believer, chronic stress is a signal of a system out of alignment.
This course designed to bridge the gap between biological science and biblical stewardship. We explore how God engineered our "fight or flight" systems for protection, not for permanent residence. This course challenges you to move beyond simply praying for relief and toward actively participating in the covenantal laws of health that God established for His temple.

Implement a Holistic Recovery Plan: Combine spiritual disciplines (prayer, worship) with natural tools (nutrition, rest) to restore the physical temple.
